Comfortable living space, with an open space kitchen and dining, one bedroom and sofa bed so it offers enough space for 4, so perfect if you are looking for a great family spot.
There are also great views over the Lenno promontory and the town below and southern lake views.

The pool is shared with other 3 flats with in the small but lovely residence

Rifugio Venini, one of the most magical places where you can relax, enjoy the views and the peace and quiet of the our incredible mountains! At the rifugio you can do a pit stop to enjoy a typical local rustic meal and also stopover for the night, wake up nearly in the morning and walk to the top of the mountain to enjoy the the the sunrise!

Villa Balbianello is located on the Avedo promontory of Lenno in Tremezzina, one of the more beautiful spots on Lake Como.
The villa is used as film locations and beautiful weddings. It’s open to the public and can be visited with tours.
A beautiful suggestion for a day on the lake!

The classic postcard of Lake Como depicts the Lario crossed by a hull with elegant and slender lines, surmounted by three wooden circles: the batèll or as we all know it, the Lucia.
Its notoriety is linked to the events of the "betrothed": it is in fact on board this type of boat that Manzoni imagined the escape from Pescarenico, and therefore from the aims of Don Rodrigo, Lucia Mondella and Renzo Tramaglino, took place.
The origins of the batèll date back to the 15th century. It was designed as a fishing boat, with a flat bottom, characterized by three wooden circles, joined by a longitudinal beam, with the aim of supporting a tent that protected the occupants from the elements during the long fishing trips that could last for several days.

Our Story, Lake Como

Our love of Lake Como started at a young age when we would meet in Lake Como travelling from Toronto and London. Both Founding Directors have strong family ties and connections with the area and enjoy the mountains, walking, interiors, photography & Italian food. Having worked together in the King’s Road, London in the late 1980’s in hospitality with My Kinda Town’s, Henry J. Beans Bar and Grill (now The Chelsea Ivy Garden), they knew that they could work together and give guests a great experience.

The area is incredibly interesting whatever time of year you choose to visit. We have grown our portfolio of properties to have something for everyone - from cute lofts for two to sprawling villa’s with their own botanical gardens! Whatever we do we like to offer an authentic Italian experience and of course our famous free concierge service to assist guests with trips and restaurant bookings when we can. Nothing is too much trouble for us to organise. We meet and greet thousands of customers every year and currently manage 75 stunning properties.

Our portfolio of properties has something for everyone from budget traveler to the luxury lakeside villa. What you can be sure of is that we will do our very best to ensure your property is a place for you to base your Lake Como holiday and explore the different lake-side villages and towns, mountains and much more
