Our Story

GlassUp is an Italian startup based in Modena, land of fast cars, slow food and great ideas. Since its birth the company has been developing augmented reality eyewear with two clear goals in mind: freeing average mobile users from the constant need of checking their smartphone screens and enhancing factories work experience. To do this, GlassUp created three separate lines: UNO, daily use smartglasses; F4, augmented reality safety glasses for tomorrow workers; and UNO Sport, a helmet for cyclists.

The development of the F4 was funded from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Factories of the Future instrument, as part of the SatisFactory project under grant agreement No.636302. The UNO Sport project has been funded from the European Union’s SME Instrument program for research and innovation, under grant agreement No.778161.
