My personal concept of Halloween:
Black nails and Crostino with double consistencies of butternut squash l, spread on bread and crunchy on top with parmigiano-reggiano and extra old traditional balsamic vinegar aged in juniper casks.

I feel so grateful when I see the joy of my guests rising up during the time we spend together: discover authentic gastronomy & meet the craftsmen which keeps alive traditions and makes Modena a Unique Heritage all over in the word, became a 100% part of the experience.

August 14 Cotechino day!!!! 😃

LUNEDI’ 14 AGOSTO ALL’ALBINELLI E’ ‘COTECHINO DAY’
IL TRADIZIONALE “FERRAGOSTO” DEI MODENESI

Lunedì 14 agosto torna, come da tradizione, il ‘Cotechino Day’, una giornata all’insegna del gustoso insaccato tipico di Modena. E proprio il ‘cuore di Modena’, il Mercato Albinelli, ospita al Bar Schiavoni questa iniziativa, che ha superato le venti edizioni e continua a intercettare il favore di modenesi e turisti.
Il programma prevede dalle 8 alle 16 la possibilità di gustare l’ormai noto ‘Panino al Cotechino’ al Bar Schiavoni, oltre ad altre specialità come il panettone salato col cotechino, con il consueto accompagnamento musicale a fare da cornice all’appuntamento a questo ideale ‘Natale a Ferragosto’.
Il ‘Cotechino Day’ è un appuntamento sempre atteso e molto partecipato, con un tocco musicale a rendere ancora più piacevole questa che è ormai diventata una tradizione modenese nell’area del Mercato Albinelli.

📖“Vieni in Italia con me” Menu, starts from our Italian roots without stereotypes of North&South but playing with that! We are one country with an amazing Heritage And biodiversities.
The project is also focus on the dramatic changes of this Epoch and with their gastronomic-art gives the opportunity to reflect on world and earth changes but also it let you feel like a kid playing under the table.
