Our Story
Located between the Mediterranean blue and forest green, Villa Casa Giorgio allows you to enjoy the best of the mediterranean and the magic of the sicilian baroque style, all in a private, relaxing stay. Casa Giorgio has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a separate bedroom in a different level, a spacious living room, and a grand terrace with a panoramic ocean view, vistas of the surrounding fields and pool. The villa (the house, the pool, the private field, the complete estate) is not shared with any other visitors. You and you alone will be our top priority and exclusive guest. The villa is equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, heating and a fireplace. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The grounds are 3.45 acres long, filled with olive, ceratonia and fruit trees, flowers and a small fish pond. The pool (open from May 1st through November 1st) , is 12 metres long and 5 metres wide, with a varying depth from 1 to 2,40 metres and is located in front of the garden. The villa is finely furnished with a typical local style and built on a gentle slope, so the Sicilian sun can reach every room and floor, while the fauna and local flora create an intimate relationship between guests and nature, providing peace and an unwinding feeling for the perfect holiday. Casa Giorgio is 3 Kmts away from the city of Pozzallo, renown for its non-polluted beaches and seas (Bandiera Blu or Blue Flag certified) for the last ten years. The cities of Modica (15 Kmts) & Ragusa (20 Kmts) are fine examples of the baroque style typical of the area. Our guest's privacy and comfort is top priority at Casa Giorgio, so the villa is available to a single guest at a time. You and your family would be the only guests staying at Casa Giorgio from the moment you arrive until your departure. This includes the house itself, the villa grounds and of course, the pool.
