Signore, questo e’ per voi - Ladies this is for you!

You might heard from me through newsletter or IG stories about this great tour my wife is hosting in September.

Our first tour of this kind happened in 2005, I designed the itinerary and Marnee as the coach, with a program that she created, we took 6 woman to experience the beauty of Tuscany, but it was much more then that. Italy was the classroom where Marnee made them discover their inner beauty and personal transformation. Julie, Leslie, Mason, Eden, Marlene, Allison had major life changes after this tour.

We took a long break, a wedding, start of a new family, start few business, moving not moving, 750 supper clubs but now we live in the classroom and Marnee is back with more passion to share this program with more woman on a very exclusive and intimate group.

The tour will start in Florence, Val D’Orcia and Siena. It’s for all the woman who are seeking more connection, clarity, confidence and purpose.

Spaghetti all’assassina - assasin spaghetti has been the hottest dish in the past 10 years in Bari, created at a popular restaurant(that’s what they say) in Bari.
Spaghetti all’assassina nowadays are easy to find anywhere in the province of Bari. For me this was one of the best: perfect consistency - not too saucy - done with raw pasta start - fresh tomatoes 🍅 added as well - good amount of olive oil enough to lubricate your entire body - perfect peperoncino and charred. Most of all, it was done at a local restaurant in my birth town of Bitritto, a mom and pop place where my family is going for years. It’s the extension of our living room, not pretentious at all, owners and family are always there. There is a sense of comfort that all makes us feel at home. A place you don’t go to feel like a judge in another cooking 🥘 show since nowdays we’re all philosopher of food, and let me tell you for someone who tried few restaurant, we’re so full of sheet most of the time. We love trend, we love talk about food food food and we forget to just relax and eat and shut up sometime.
I loved this dish because I had no intention to write about it but he gave me something enough to feel inspired.
I think finding your mom and pop comfort restaurant will always be cool.
