If you need we have another cot. In the case of necessary in one room we can put one extra single bed..! The house has a one more bathroom with laundry facilities. In the house we have a full kitchen with all appliances such as refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, American coffee machine, Moka etc. and all equipment such as dishes, glasses, forks, pots, tablecloths etc. You have a large living area with large leather sofas, a big table for 20 people to eat together, and internet Wi-Fi free in home. You don't need to take nothing with you because you will find in the house bed linen , towel sets for each guest and hairdryer in each room. Outside you have a Big Gazebo where you can eat together with a tables ,chairs and a lot of sofa, you have under gazebo a Gas Barbecue, the Park is 5000mq
The house have a big parking. The nearest town is Monte San Giusto and is only 2 km away from the house where you can find Supermarket, Restaurant , Bakery, ecc.. In Italiano:

Tutta la casa e la piscina è in esclusiva per voi!! La casa si dispone tutta in un unico piano terra, è grande 230 mq e può ospitare fino a 16/17 persone. La casa ha 5 camere TUTTE con bagno interno, dove noi abbiamo la nostra disposizione standard per le camere ma all'occorrenza vi faremo trovare i letti delle camere in base alle vostre esigenze. La casa è anche dotata di due culle. Troverete una cucina attrezzata di tutto ( frigorifero, lavastoviglie, fornelli a gas, forno elettrico, bollitore , tostapane, microonde, ecc..) , una sala con un grande tavolo dove poter mangiare tutti insieme, ed una ampio soggiorno con divani dove potersi rilassare. Inoltre abbiamo un bagno di servizio con lavatrice . In casa è disponibile il servizio di internet Wi-Fi gratuito !! Al vostro arrivo troverete tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno: set di asciugamani completo per ogni ospite, lenzuola, cuscini, tovaglie, piatti, bicchieri, forchette, coltelli ecc.. non dovete portarvi niente con voi!! La Piscina della Villa De Carlonis ( privata ) è grande 16 metri lunga per 7 metri larga ed ha una grande zona idromassaggio e un Gajser per una sensazione rilassante eccezionale !!!!

Our Story

The Villa is a completely new building and has a private pool 7 meters wide by 18 meters long, with a large hot tub area and a Gajser for a exceptional relaxing experience ! The swimming pool is complete with sun loungers with mattresses. The Villa De Carlonis has 5 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 16/18 people.
