guests plus babies. There is a large playden located 50 years from the property with trampoline and toys for smaller guests in case of rain and also swings and sand-pit, ping pong, table football and more. Well designed with a good attention to detail, the house has many facilities such as wifi throughout, a 50' smart TV, 2 x smaller flat screen TV's and DVD players, games, toys, baby equipment, excellent kitchen equipment. There is a shady pergola and several parasols to keep the sun at bay. The gardens are maturing nicely and the cherry trees lend themselves to shade at the hotter times of the year.

Our Story

Our holiday home located in the Italian region of Le Marche, Casa Lola - named after the cow that used to live in the out-building, was purchased as a bit of a wreck in 2001. Slowly we have renovated and bought this venerable old farm building back to life creating a home from home in this stunning part of Italy.

6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 downstairs WC's, large kitchen seating up to 14, and 2 inter-connecting sitting rooms. Perfect for families looking to find a peaceful beautiful property in the most majestic setting. Terraces and pergolas sweep around the building, steps leading down to the new private pool 10 x 5m. The villa can sleep 4 in low season, although it's suitable for up 12 guests plus babies. There is a large playden located 50 metres from the property with trampoline and toys for smaller guests in case of rain and also swings and sand-pit, ping pong, table football and more. Well designed with a good attention to detail, the house has many facilities such as wifi throughout, a 55' smart TV, 2 x smaller flat screen TV's and DVD players, games, toys, baby equipment, excellent kitchen equipment. There is a shady pergola and several parasols to keep the sun at bay. The gardens are maturing nicely with the olive trees - yielding olive oil for us now and the cherry trees lending well-needed shade for those hot summer days.

Fantastic things to do in this gorgeous region, from mountain walking and cycling to boating on the lake below us, Roman ruins and beaches within an hour’s drive. Many hill-top villages boasting excellent restaurants - oh yes not forgetting the fantastic local Italian food.

Serviced by x 2 airports less than 1.5 hrs away - Ancona and Perugia, also Pescara 2 hrs, Rome and Bologna 3.5hr, this previously undiscovered glorious part of Italy is easy to get to.
