Villa Coramaura is a stunning, architect-designed Villa set in its own grounds (2.2 Ha) amid vineyards and rolling countryside. In an area with magnificent vistas and huge historical interest, the Villa is located midway between Orvieto (20km) and Todi (25km). Within 4km

there are 3 villages: Montecchio, Baschi and Civitella del Lago, all of which have great local restaurants, cafes and markets. There is easy access (one and a half hours) to Rome’s Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and 50 minutes from Perugia Airport. A modern, yet classically designed house it encompasses an open plan living/dining, opening on to a spacious terrace overlooking hillside villages, vineyards and olive groves on which the sun sets. Set in landscaped gardens with a 12 x 6m infinity pool surrounded by a spacious travertine terrace with shaded pergola, hot tub, dining area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Summer days and nights are mostly spent on the large terrace by the Villa with dining table that seats 8/10 - perfect for watching the setting sun. The Villa is well located for day trips to Tuscany and Umbria and features several country road walks close to the property that meander through the surrounding hills, and vineyards and Etruscan Necropoli.
