Hosting our last guests this year. Time to heat the oven and to enjoy some homemade bread. I gave my first bread baking class and it was so much fun!
Let us know at least a week before if you want to take a sourdough class. I need to train my sourdough before 😁

Fall is coming, we had lots of rain coming down in little time. This is the view from our studio to after the thunderstorm.

It's the time of morning mist and after harvest fields. We love to indicate the best photo spots to our guests. This is the "Gladiator Photo Spot" below Pienza, movie lovers will include it in their pilgrimage.

This is the time! Huge nets cover the grass under our olive trees and we pick these amazing little fruits in order to make pure organic cold pressed Olio Extravergine out of it. No words for the taste of the first drops on a piece of bread...

After some rainy and stormy days we are expecting lots of sun and pleasant temperatures of 22-25 degrees Celsius. This is what October in Tuscany can be like: Hanging out in on the sunny side of ancient stone walls and enjoying the sight of slowly changing colors of the vinyards. Following a flock of swallows chatting on a power line, to leave or to stay?
