Cherry House is a typical Marche country house renovated into a contemporary holiday home, with maximum attention to comfort, privacy and respect for the natural settings.
The property has a large pool 12mx5m with a shallow area for children (depth: 45cm) and landscaped garden of 6000mq surrounding the house with olive trees, cherry trees and tall beeches. From the house and the garden you can enjoy stunning views of the rolling hills.
Cherry House is located 2km from the small medieval high-town village of Petritoli and 13km from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea. From these hills you can easily reach the mountains and the sea depending on your preferences.
Within 30min you can visit towns like Fermo and its famous footwear district, or seaside towns such as Grottammare and Porto San Giorgio, where there are many cultural events and where you can rent sailing and fishing boats.
Guests are welcomed and introduced to Le Marche, a largely undiscovered region famous in Italy for its architecture, scenery, vineyards and gastronomy.
