We see it, we love it, we absolutely want it. Our precious olive trees 🌳stand tall and proud, laden with little nuggets of gold. When pressed, these gems transform into the liquid gold of Tuscany. This year has been exceptionally bountiful, and we can hardly wait to savour the fruits of our labour. The harvest is a time of anticipation and celebration, and everyone is looking forward to the rewards of this year’s abundant crop.
We are thrilled to announce that beginning next season, our exquisite olive oil will be available for purchase.

I get to wander through the stalls brimming with the freshest local & seasonal ingredients, savouring the vibrant colours 🍆🍇🥦and enticing aromas. A truly enchanting afternoon spent with our wonderful guests. We set off to visit our friends@poderecasato during the peak of the olive harvest. Piero led us through ancient olive groves, nestled in the breathtaking hills around us, home to trees that have stood for 500 years. Back at the Podere, Marianna welcomed us with a beautiful spread of toasted Tuscan bread 🥖drizzled with this year’s olive oil-purely divine. The salame and sopressata, sourced from our local butcher, were as superb as ever. We sampled their exquisite 🍷wines and the always delightful Vin Santo. Some guests even hopped on the back of the tractor 🚜with Piero to help gather olives for pressing and watched the liquid gold flow at the frantoio. Bravo to Marianna & Piero for an unforgettable day.
