An old farmhouse restored as a countryhouse, with careful restructuring in the traditional style of Abruzzo. We have strictly used authentic/vintage materials in its construction, but also utilized modern materials and art pieces. eometric pattern. Our house is located on a sunny, peaceful hill with a large garden, surrounded by sweeping vistas overlooking vineyards, olive and walnut trees. A long country road leads to us, aligned with olive trees that border large expanses of rolling hills in green, orange and yellow.. A romantic grape pergola on a river stone floor patio with a wooden table and chairs welcome you for pleasant outdoor meals facing our garden with roses, cypressus and an olive tree. In the back, a terrace with an iron and cement hand-made fireplace is the ideal place for relaxing barbecues or a glass of wine under an original glass roof veranda covered with coloured bottles. An amazing landscape hugs you all around. The house is separated into two units. The large unit of the house has an open kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and on the upper floor are 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, an open reading room with a sofa and a balcony for an amazing view. It sleeps 6. The smaller unit is a lovely independent apartment facing the grape pergola, with its own fully-equipped kitchen and 1 double room with en-suite bathroom. Sleeps 2. The whole house can also be made available,which would easily sleep 9. Our house is just 10 minutes from the popular beaches of Alba Adriatica, Giulianova and Tortoreto, full of trendy clubs and bars, stylish restaurants with nouvelle cuisine, taverns with old world flavours, delicious seafood and meat take aways, and of course the gelato! There are parks for the kids, very long cycle paths from town to town and the ever popular water park Onda Blu nearby. Historical medieval towns are everywhere, and dot the hills in and around Mosciano sant'Angelo. There is an amazing Fortress in Civitella not far away. Mosciano has its own astronomic observatory, which is open several nights a week. Hand-made and painted pottery can be bought in the famous town of Castelli, and pure liquorice liqueurs and sweets can be found in Atri, just 15 mins away! You can choose to go on a famous bucolic walk on the amazing Salinello Gorges or to a very ancient necropolis in the Campovalano archeological park just 20 mins. Gran Sasso and Laga Mountains National Park is 40 mins away, where mountain lovers can see the highest peak and the only glacier in the Apennines. Choose among lots of itinerarires, including horseback, by foot, or by bike. Wonderful for families too. Here they sell autochthone and tasteful products like: fresh ricotta, goat’s cheese, legumes, wines, oils, mortadella, country salami and sausages, lard, pure saffron, preserves, mixed flower honey, violet potatoes, hot lamb skewers, ancient wheat......

The nearest town is the lovely Mosciano S. Angelo, 2 km from us with shops for any need, bars, pizzerias, take-aways with meat and fish, typical restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, banks and post-office. Its summer events gather lots of peole because of famous Pizza, Jazz, Dance and Music Festivals from June to October.
