il 17 di dicembre è stato indetto uno sciopero di 4 ore (dalle ore 13.00 alle ore 17.00) che riguarda gli aeroporti di Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate (handling aeroportuale) e Brindisi (controllori di volo). Il traffico aereo potrebbe subire disagi, ritardi e cancellazioni. I passeggeri interessati sono invitati a verificare con largo anticipo lo stato dei propri voli. Cordiali saluti.

In allegato comunicazione di servizio divulgata da Avianca; la tassa verrà collettata prima dell'ultimo volo con destinazione finale SAL dal vettore operante; ricordiamo che TK non raggiunge direttamente la destinazione ma si avvale di accordi interline con altre compagnie.

DA RACCOMANDARE invece, se il cliente ha credito senza promozione ed effettua chiamate o messaggi il credito verrà decurtato.
Esempio ( il cliente dimentica di fare ricarica e come credito ha 5€ ma non sufficiente all'importo dell'offerta, la connessione non farà perdere soldi)

I clienti che desiderano chiamare numeri nazionali o premium utilizzando loro credito devono disporre di un pacchetto per utilizzare tali servizi.

Riceviamo oggi un urgente update per l’ingresso in Pakistan effettivo dal 1 Ottobre 2021.



Dal 1 ottobre potranno partire esclusivamente passeggeri che hanno terminato il ciclo vaccinale da almeno 14 giorni.





Vi prego di condividere internamente e esternamente tale comunicazione, In modo che tutti siano a conoscenza di tale informazione.

Inoltre rinforzate anche questo messaggio , perche’ negli Aeroporti si stanno presentanto passeggeri con PCR test SOLO in italiano ( e per beyond AUH serve in Inglese o Arabo ):

PCR TEST (i tests sierologici, antigenici i e rapidi NON sono validi )
La dicitura PCR deve essere riportata sul certificato da presentare in formato cartaceo ( non sul cellulare ) anche in lingua Inglese
PCR test FATTO (non ritirato) 72 ore prima della partenza del volo. Alcuni tests riportano l’orario di effettuazione del tampone.: le 72 ore partono da quell’orario (NON dal ritiro del referto). Non c’è flessibilità sulle 72 ore quindi se si superano le 72 ore, non saranno accettati i tests.

Today we receive an urgent update for entry into Pakistan effective October 1, 2021.

From 1 October only passengers who have completed the vaccination cycle for at least 14 days will be able to depart.

Please share this communication internally and externally, so that everyone is aware of this information.

Also reinforce this message, because passengers with PCR tests ONLY in Italian are being presented in the airports (and for beyond AUH it serves in English or Arabic) :

PCR TEST ( serological, antigenic and rapid tests NOT They are valid )
The wording PCR must be reported on the certificate to be presented in paper format (not on the mobile phone) also in English
PCR test DONE (not withdrawn) 72 hours before flight departure. Some tests report the time of carrying out of the swab .: the 72 hours start from that time (NOT from the withdrawal of the report). There is no flexibility on 72 hours so if 72 hours are exceeded, tests will not be accepted.

In base all’Ordinanza del Ministro della Salute del 30 Agosto 2021 e con efficacia dal 14 Settembre 2021 tutti i passeggeri in partenza dagli aeroporti italiani devono essere muniti di uno dei seguenti certificati:



Green pass con certificato vaccinale. Il vaccino deve essere riconosciuto dall’agenzia europea EMA: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Johnson & Johnson (Janssen), Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty).


Certificato di guarigione da Covid-19 (valido per 180 giorni)




Un test Covid-19 con esito negativo fatto non oltre le 48 ore che precedono la partenza.


Se le disposizioni governative della destinazione dei passeggeri sono diverse (ad esempio si richiede il test entro le 72 ore dalla partenza dall’ Italia) o se gli stessi non sono muniti di green pass o di certificato di guarigione potranno fare un test antigenico rapido in aeroporto a proprie spese.



Quanto sopra e’ una disposizione del governo Italiano. Le regole di Etihad Airways riguardo il test molecolare rimangono valide.

this to inform you that starting September 9, 2021, 11.59 pm (Singapore time):
Travelers departing to their final destination Singapore or transiting through Singapore are required to undergo a Covid-19 PCR test within 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure date.

Only travelers who have spent the past 21 days in Hong Kong SAR (China), Macau SAR (China), Mainland China and Taiwan (China) are exempt from the Covid-19 test prior to departure.
Given the continuous evolution of the epidemiological situation on a global level, it is recommended to always consult the official government websites for further updates.

please be informed that from 9 August 2021, passengers from the age of 6 and above must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in Arabic or English. Tests accepted are COVID-19 PCR, COVID-19 Real Time RT-PCR, COVID-19 RT-PCR, SARS-CoV2 GeneXpert, SARS-CoV2 PCR, SARS-CoV2 Real Time RT-PCR, SARS-CoV2 RT-PCR and SARS-CoV2 Xpert Xpress.
Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 rapid antigen test upon arrival.



Passengers must download the Pass Track App before boarding and submit their personal details or submit their details at https://passtrack.nitb.gov.pk/ and have a printed confirmation.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with disabilities.

Dear All,

We share some important information about COVID documents in order to travel to Spain or transit.

All passengers boarding for Spain must have, in digital or paper format, the individualized QR code generated by SpTH (https://www.spth.gob.es/create), and carriers may prevent boarding from those that do not present it.

Boarding will also be denied to those passengers who, being in possession of a QR code issued by SpTH with the name of DOCUMENTAL CONTROL, who do not provide vaccination certificate, negative covid test, or recovery certification.

We remind you that Iberia has developed a solution to verify COVID documents "Your Documents" that will help you to assure that all your travel documents are correct.

Once the client makes the booking for his/her flight, an email from Iberia will be received with a link to a web form with his tracking number to access “Your Documents”.

Each file is verified by Iberia. If there is an error or a document that is not valid, the client will receive an email with new instructions to rectify it. And when all the documentation is correct and complete, he/she will receive one last email from Iberia with the confirmation.

Thus, the client can arrive at the airport with peace of mind, with the certainty that he meets all the requirements to be able to travel and, at the same time, possible incidents at the airport are eliminated.
