Our olive oil 2024 is born today! It wasn’t easy year and we feared no oil could be produced. In the end we’ve got it!!! It’s fresh, tasty and green notes. Freshly squeezed olive oil is the best!!!

Getting ready for grape harvest in Valpolicella Classico🍇🍇

The wild grass is mowed, the excessive leaves and shoots are pruned.
I’m sure the farmers will work to choose best grapes for amarone 2024 from next week!

Even though 8 don’t own vineyard, the harvest time is always exciting. 🍇🍷🍷

ヴァルポリチェッラクラシコ地方の収穫がそろそろ始まるようです。地面に生えている草刈りをし働きやすいようにし、葡萄の木の余分な葉や枝を切り、最後の葡萄の熟成を促す。
