Questo appartamento arredato con gusto è al primo piano di una bella villa moderna con vista incantevole sulla campagna circostante, nel cuore della Murgia. A pochi passi si trova il paese Noci, 'città enogastronomica'. La struttura comprende 3 ampie camere con bagno, una con letto matrimoniale più doppio divano-letto, ampia cucina-pranzo con angolo TV, cucina attrezzata e zona pranzo con tavolo a

llungabile. Tutte le camere si affacciano sul balcone ampia che è perfetto per prendere il sole o cenare al aperto. Un tuffo nella grande piscina privata è un ottimo modo per rinfrescarsi in una calda giornata estiva e c'è ampio spazio con sedie a sdraio e doccia esterna. Barbecue può essere utilizzato in giardino. C'è ampio spazio per parcheggiare, e l'intera proprietà è recintata. This tastefully furnished apartment occupies the first floor of the attractive modern 'Villa Murgese', with delightful views over the surrounding countryside in the heart of the Murgia and Valle d'Itria. Within walking distance lies the charming little town Noci, 'città enogastronomica'. The accommodation comprises 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms, one with extra double sofa-bed, large kitchen-diner including fully equipped kitchen, dining area with extendable table and TV/sofa corner, and a utility room with washing machine. The extra eating area with sunshade on the wide balcony is perfect for dining 'al fresco' at all times of the day or evening. All the bedrooms also lead out onto the balcony. A dip in the large private swimming pool is a great way to cool off on a hot summer's day and there is ample space with sun loungers and outside shower. The pool is shared only occasionally with the owners, who live on the property. A BBQ can be used in the garden. There's plenty of space to park, too, and the whole property is fenced, with electric gates for security. Depending on the season, guests are welcome to pick various fruits in the large garden.
