☀️ Oggi abbiamo assistito ad uno spettacolo straordinario. Uno stormo di centinaia di uccelli, ha danzato intorno a casa. C’era un cinguettio assordante 😄
A 8km - È tornato il sereno... Porte aperte alla primavera.
A pochi minuti da qui Porto Rotondo Ira Beach Club, una delle spiagge della Costa Smeralda, oggi ci regala un cielo azzurro meraviglioso.
Stiamo togliendo la neve dagli ulivi, spero si alzino presto le temperature

La Casa di Alice è un sogno, un progetto, una favola. Dopo tanti anni di vita frenetica ed iper-produttiva abbiamo sentito il bisogno di cambiare, di cercare una vita diversa, più semplice e più sana, più a contatto con la natura.
Questo sogno è cresciuto fino a diventare un progetto di vita quando siamo stati rapiti dalla magia di questo straordinario terreno. Una volta scoperto questo luogo, è stato subito tutto chiaro: il nostro futuro e la nostra nuova vita, sarebbero iniziati proprio lì. Le difficoltà da affrontare sono state tante, pensare di cambiare le nostre vite e lasciare tutti gli affetti non era facile, ma la mente tornava sempre là e tutto ci spronava ad andare avanti.
Il nostro progetto, oltre ad essere il sogno di una vita più in armonia con la natura, è anche il mezzo per ricordare a tutti quanto sia importante impegnarsi a ridurre al minimo l’impatto ambientale e riprendere contatto con la natura.
Come nella favola “Le avventure di Alice nel Paese delle Meraviglie” di Lewis Carroll, La Casa di Alice è il nostro “paese delle meraviglie”. Gli 11000 mq di terreno su cui ora sorge La Casa di Alice racchiude in se una grande storia che si tramanda da 4 generazioni passando di padre in figlio, ogni ramo, ogni roccia, ogni ulivo conserva in se il ricordo di questa famiglia Sarda che si è occupata di lui, finché ne ha avuto la forza. Ha vissuto periodi di grande fortuna e bellezza, altri di triste abbandono e proprio in uno di questi è giunto a noi. La sua storia ci è così tanto entrata nel cuore, che abbiamo deciso di riportarlo all'antico splendore.
Siamo sicuri che La Casa di Alice saprà farti vivere la magia di un’esperienza unica dandoti la possibilità di raccogliere direttamente dalla pianta a km0, i frutti coltivati senza l’uso di pesticidi e ritrovare così i gusti e i sapori genuini che ormai l’industrializzazione ha fatto dimenticare. Trascorrerai la tua vacanza ecosostenibile ma senza rinunciare alle comodità: elettrodomestici alimentati da impianto fotovoltaico, acqua depurata senza prodotti chimici tramite filtri uv, acqua calda prodotta da pannelli solari termici… anche per la piscina durante i mesi più freddi.
Il resto dell’avventura lo lasciamo alla scoperta di questo incantevole territorio da esplorare, la Sardegna, dove potrai scoprire un mare e una natura incontaminati, che non hanno nulla da invidiare alle più famose mete straniere, visitare incantevoli paesi dove si possono gustare prodotti tipici fatti rispettando ancora le antiche ricette e tradizioni.
