Delighted to have hosted Italian ladies and friends, including a grande dame who even swam in the lake, whilst 2 swam around the island! The water is warm and very clean. Safe access guaranteed by sandy dock bottom and steps to boathouse hot shower.

Dedicated to all watersport lovers with particular gratitude to our best guests and Canadian Olympic Water Polo champions, the Barry family. Swum around the island? Winter diver? Fell in drunk! ;) Make your claim, we'll inscibe your name!

Notwithstanding more immediate problems worldwide, here we only seek solutions to face future quirks of mother lake. N.B. Cheap yet pratical lightweight 2 tier, quickly removable jetty made from steel and scaffolding planks. Please copy our islander design if needed. P.S. 20cms over top deck level the lake water will be so high as to permit docking in the kitchen. 2014 was our last major flood, in general it's every 8/10 years!

Just to show that recently, if we've been lazy, we've been so on your behalf! Converting the space afforded by the boat winch braces creates an outdoor drinks cabinet that makes entertaining your loved one a quicker process, no longer leaving precious moments to your potential rival whilst catering for your princess in the kitchen, 5 long, lonely metres away!
