The apartment 02 is located in a quiet area, is equipped with WI-FI, cold/heat air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. It has a large balcony overlooking the street. The house is located near the pine forest and a quarter of an hour from the sea. Within walking distance are the bus stop and the train station.
During check in, cash payment of the Tourist Tax of €3.50 per person per night is required for the first 10 days (excluding children under the age of ten).
In Ostia you can find equipped beaches, the tourist port, the historic and characteristic Borghetto dei Pescatori, the beautiful green area of the Castel Fusano pine forest. Also restaurants, pizzerias, bars, discos, pubs, theaters and multiplex cinemas. Nearby: the Wild Village adventure park and the Animal Farm in Castel Fusano. Amusement parks: Rainbow MagicLand, Cinecittà World, Hydromania Water Park, Zoomarine.
The sea can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. Within walking distance you will find: market, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospital, banks and churches. In just 5 minutes on foot you arrive at the Lido Nord station, from which you can reach the excavations of Ostia Antica with just one stop and the center of Rome in half an hour.
