It’s official ✨ our next Foodie Yoga Retreat is happening in September. Just look where we’re gonna take you this time: a li’l paradise 🤍
You will spend 7 nights in this beautifully restored farmhouse composed of several trulli and lamia, many relaxing areas, terraces overlooking the sea and ancient olive grove. Just step away from Ostuni and beaches with turquoise coves of Adriatic coast.
The most important thing is that there is a shadowed yoga shala, dedicated to all morning and evening practices, meditations and breathing workshops.
What we are super proud of, is that this place is very sustainable means there are:
✨solar panels located on the roof of yoga shala
✨water is filtered and drinkable- means no more water supplied in plastic bottles
✨no plants that require daily irrigation (no waste of sweet water)
✨eco pool heated with green energy (opened up from an existing cistern and built from most sustainable material: a lime stone. It contains min. chemicals and water can be used to water the plants or the olive trees.)
It’s an exclusive experience for max 10 ppl.
We offer:
✨ double rooms with en-suite bathrooms
✨ daily yoga and breathing practices
✨ mind workshops and evening meditations

Sunday antique market in Ostuni is the most awaited day of the month, when we spontaneously meet all our friends, we talk to all vendors, when we rummage through the stalls choosing old jewelry, ceramics, tiles, another chair or a mirror 🫣 when we know that we don't need anything, but these objects speak to us and look at us, they way we just can't say no.
