If you can’t donate, the most valuable thing you can do is adopt and not buy a pet, boycott breeders and please please please sterilise your pets and tell everyone you know to sterilise their pets! If you can’t afford it or you can’t get to a vet for personal reasons I’ll come, I’ll help, there are so many people who will help, just don’t leave domestic breeds to fend for themselves, they have been domesticated over decades and centuries and cannot survive without us. Thank you ❤️

Yesterday we stopped in Cisternino for some lunch at Cheese & Co on the recommendation of some friends of ours at Trulli Vegan. We had two delicious sandwiches one in black carbon bread and the other beetroot bread! They cater to all diets and intolerances and the food is divine and made on the spot.

One of our most popular coastal destinations is Polignano a Mare, built on the cliff tops and the remains of the ancient Greek city of Neapolis. Polignano is as romantic by night as it is spectacular by day. Here we are enjoying the hugely successful cliff diving competition that has dominated the town since 2009. A must see for any extreme sports fans! This is our creative director taking a short break from the camera to enjoy the atmosphere with the family. Masseria Melograno stands proud amidst the Pugliese countryside. A former farmhouse, this building has been converted into a magnificent home, with three large bedrooms, a stunning kitchen that combines modern clean lines with the original features of the old stables, and plenty of s**ce to relax around the pool, under the pergola or in the cool stone floored living areas downstairs. Guests can access the bedroooms both internally and externally and can appreciate the old existing trulli and stables that have been left untouched within the grounds. The property is situated in the privacy and calm of the countryside but guests can reach Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica by car in just a few minutes.
