The first „ Fiorone“ from the Alberobello property this season. Fig‘s growing on the same tree ready for harvest in August. Pictures show the ripe Fiorone ( big fruit) and right next to it small figs. Fiorone are used as vegetable or can also be eaten like fig‘s. Similar taste but less intense😋😋😋

First day of our Olive harvest 2021. A beautiful, sunny and warm day at Ostuni. With the help of Francesco and his team we did 625kg, just the 4 of us💪 Tomorrow we continue at Alberobello.
