𝐏𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 has a particular golden looking color🧀 and it's made from Italian🇮🇹 ewe’s milk only, in the city of Enna, Sicily, with the addition of saffron🌸.
The saffron is added during the curd making, along with black pepper, in order to have the maximum exctraction of color and spicy taste🌶😋.

𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 “𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐃.𝐎.𝐂.𝐆.” 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐞 is made from Italian🇮🇹 cow’s milk only, in the northern-east Italy, in the city of Verona.
After a ripening of at least 90 days, the cheese wheels🧀 are dived into Amarone della Valpolicella D.O.C.G. wine🍷, into some tubs filled with must and red marcs of Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grape variety, and then ripened for another month.
This whole process is done to give the cheese a very 𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿, to enrich the 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗮 and enhance the 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲😋.

𝐀𝐦𝐢 𝐝𝐮 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧 is an artisanal, soft, not cooked and not pressed French🇫🇷 cheese. Compact near the rind and creamy in the center. During its aging is washed with water and Marc de Bourgogne🍸.
Consumed all the year, it is perfect for a 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑎𝑢.

𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐮 𝐌𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬 cheese is made in Corsica from sheep's🐑 milk only, and it's covered with typical aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub. White, homogeneous, soft and melted in the heart, slightly crunchy under the rind. The taste is lasting and pairs perfectly with aromas given by the herbs.
When sprinkled with some drops of multiflower honey🍯, it becomes a joy for the palate😋.
