Hello, hello hello everyone from Sicily👋👋👋
Today I want to to bring to original city of Gibellina - that was destroyed 1968 by earthquake Belice.
"The Great Cretto", is a landscape artwork undertaken by Alberto Burri in 1984 and finished at 2015.
Gibellina has been rebuilt, about 20 km from the city's original location.

Good morning everyone 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊today started another month of the year February hello👋👋👋👋
This picture that I share with you today it's such a nice memory from last June 2020, when everything seemed back to normality, ahhh how we miss those times when you sit, relax, order cup of cappuccino and croissant and enjoy the time, chat with friends or just people sitting next to you.
Be positive today is Monday and second month of 2021 started hope soon we will be able to do things that we used to do.

Around 1h, 45km from Palermo and you reach the Royal Palace of Ficuzza also named "Real Casina di Caccia(hunting lodge)🏰🏰🏰
Inside this palace there is a guided museum for a person is between 2/3 eur, open till 21h.

Today we are exploring Palermo parks while staying at home.

It's amazing so stay in this garden, sit on a bench take a book and read, hear birds singing, and bee's flying.

For now while all parks are closed, we can move back to botanical garden of Palermo and enjoy better view to bamboo :)
We miss you nature, that possibility to touch the leaves 🌱🌱🌱🌱 of trees 🌴🌴🌴🌴🌳🌳🌳🌲🌲🌲, to smell the flowers 🌼🌼🌼🌻🌻🌻🌸🌸🌸🌺🌺🌺🌹🌹🌹🌹🌷🌷🌷, to hear the bee's buzzing🐝🐝🐝🐝 , to explore how ants are working 🐜🐜🐜🐜.
Already counting the days when will be possible to be closer to the nature again.
Now at least we can be close looking at the pictures. 😊😊😊😊

Wednesday is a perfect day for some healthy food 😊😊😊
Today we got our order from the market with some eggplants 🍆🍆🍆 and courgette 🥒🥒
So what we decided to do with them is very simple.
First of all we cutted them very thin and then grilled then putted to the plates separately. We collect also some mint leaves from our mint plant in the balcony, and clean up some garlic. We put eggplants, on the top we out some salt olive oil and some leaves of mint. A d chopped garlic. The same we do with courgette.
And here we have final result!🤩🤩🤩🤩
We are enjoying it, hope you too 😊😊😊
