La bellezza di questo posto è disarmante. Isola di Vulcano, Gran Cratere della Fossa, il panorama più bello di tutte le isole Eolie.
Nel primo scatto, guardando a sud, si può ammirare il cratere attivo con le sue fumarole ed in lontananza l'Etna. Nel secondo, guardando a nord, tutto l'arcipelago eoliano.
