Passo Cavallino della Fobbia is a dream. The west Garda shoreline ride is a scenic buzz, and the climb through the forest to the pass a shady, zero-traffic test of the legs. Then it’s time for the real fun - a long, curvy dance of a descent through The Valvestino gorge and down, down, down to Lake Garda. The ferry ride is good chance to shoot a reel or two of where you’ve been. Cavallino is a GBH must-do. Your bucket list just got a little longer.
