ASPARAGO, L’ORTAGGIO DEL BUON UMORE!
Quante cose non sappiamo su questo ortaggio antico, usato in cucina da oltre 2000 anni. Per i Greci gli asparagi avevano proprietà AFRODISIACHE, per i romani erano invece un potente ANTICONCENZIONALE.
Noi sappiamo che sono buoni e fanno bene all'umore perché ricchi di triptofano, un amminoacido che serve per sintetizzare la SEROTONINA, cioè il neurotrasmettitore della felicità.
Non sono un ortaggio semplice da coltivare e RICHIEDONO MOLTO LAVORO, tuttavia lo sforzo viene ripagato da grandi soddisfazioni quando si arriva al raccolto. L’ è coltivato in 60 Paesi del mondo. A livello mondiale, il principale produttore di asparagi è la CINA, seguono il PERU’ e la GERMANIA, maggior produttore europeo. L’ITALIA SI CLASSIFICA ALL’OTTAVO POSTO, con la PUGLIA e VENETO fra le prime regioni in testa.

MOLTO PIU’ CHE UN SEMPLICE UOVO!🥚
Manca poco a Pasqua e abbiamo deciso di raccontarvi qualche curiosità sulle UOVA.
La classifica dei MAGGIORI PRODUTTORI di uova in Italia vede in testa il VENETO, seguono la LOMBARDIA e l'EMILIA ROMAGNA, mentre al Sud è la SICILIA ad averne il primato.
Esiste anche una CLASSIFICA DELLE MIGLIORI UOVA Italiane che viene aggiornata di anno in anno e di conseguenza esistono ESPERTI DEGUSTATORI, dei veri e propri SOMMELIERS dell’UOVO
La degustazione avviene in 3 fasi: valutazione della freschezza immergendo l’uovo dentro in contenitore pieno d’acqua, l’analisi visiva dell’uovo intero e tre assaggi, tuorlo crudo, uovo intero sbattuto crudo, uovo cotto in camicia.
GALLINA FELICE FA BUON UOVO: fortunatamente da qualche anno è aumentata l’attenzione al BENESSERE DEGLI ANIMALI e alla loro NUTRIZIONE. Lentamente stiamo capendo che sistemi di allevamento meno cruenti e un’alimentazione sana delle ovaiole condizionano la struttura e il sapore delle uova.
Un esempio in tal senso è L’UOVO DI PARISI, l’uovo assoluto, il SUPERUOVO: allevatore livornese che nutre le proprie galline ovaiole con latte di capra munto ogni mattina. Guscio bianco, tuorlo giallo, gusto lievemente mandorlato, l’uovo di Parisi rende elastici e morbidi gli impasti, oltre a montarsi come una nuvola.
ACQUISTARE CON COSCIENZA: controllate il codice impresso sul guscio e, per non sbagliare, scegliete quelle con la sigla che comincia per 0IT.Dietro a quello zero ci sono GALLINE ALLEVATE ALL’APERTO e alimentate a MANGIMI BIOLOGICI!!
