We kicked off the first departure of our Cycling & Cooking tours with a bang! 🚴‍♂️🍴 Fourteen adventurous participants joined us and started with a cooking class where they learned to make fried zucchini flowers, vegetable flan, ricotta and spinach ravioli, and a delicious tiramisu!

After cooking, they enjoyed their culinary creations paired with Tuscan wines 🍷
Now they have five days of cycling ahead, riding up and down the beautiful Tuscan hills, sure to build up a hearty appetite.
