Lo faccio sempre

Non riesco a resistere alla tentazione di cantare questa canzone ad ogni check-in.

A Polignano c'è la statua di Domenico Modugno e quando vedo gli ospiti persi perchè non sanno chi sia, mi tocca cantare e subito tutti capiscono di cosa stia parlando.

E' incredibile, non mi è mai capitato nessuno che non conoscesse questa canzone. Io ogni volta ci penso e mi meraviglio.

Domenico Modugno è nato a Polignano. Per questo abbiamo la sua statua. Lo sapevi?

In Polignano there is the statue of Domenico Modugno and when I see the guests lost because they don't know who he is, I have to sing and immediately everyone understands what I’m talking about.

It's incredible, I've never had anyone who doesn't know this song. I think about it every time and I am amazed.

C'è una camera da cui questo è possibile.

e i miei ospiti adorano svegliarsi al mattino, sedersi sul letto ( da stesi non si riesce) prendere un libro e accompagnarlo con i primi raggi del mattino.

Sai che da una stanza si vede l’alba?

é qui che ha soggiornato Simonetta e una cosa che non si legge nella recensione è la sua emozione, VERA, mentre mi raccontava di aver goduto di una settimana di bellezza.

Ci sono cose che non dimentichi nel tuo lavoro.

Quest’anno ho il libro dei pensieri degli ospiti.

E quando è partito David, sono andata a leggere il suo.

Mi ha scritto che hanno amato il comfort del letto, le lenzuola e le spugne.

Ho fatto centro ho pensato.

Ho dedicato molto tempo alla ricerca di tutto questo, perchè potesse soddisfare l’ospite che ci sceglie e sapere che viene apprezzato è la mia miglior ricompensa.

Macchina da caffè e minibar sono FREE!☕️

Siamo un affittacamere e non un b&b perchè non avevo spazio per preparare le colazioni, ma non posso sopportare l’idea di farti svegliare e non avere nulla di dolce.

🧁Ecco perchè in ognuna delle nostre camere trovi a disposizione gratuita una macchina da caffè con cialde ed un minibar rifornito di alcuni prodotti (gratuiti anche questi)

Posti che amo🥰

E che consiglio sempre di visitare.

📌Questo posto si trova in zona San Vito. Per noi però è La Colonna. Ci tra anche un ristoranti che si affaccia proprio su questo pezzo di mare e di terra meraviglioso.

E' proprio di fronte all’abbazia di San Vito e di solito qui ci vado ad ammirare le barche che si specchiano nell’acqua in silenzio

This place is in the area of San Vito. But for us it is La Colonna. There is also a restaurant that overlooks this wonderful piece of sea and rocks.

It is right in front of the abbey of San Vito and I usually go here to admire the boats that are reflected in the water when there is silence around

Precisamente 2 anni fa accoglievamo il nostro promo ospite.

Ho ancora viva nella mente e nel corpo la sensazione. Adrenalina mista ad ansia. Paura di non farcela, di non essere perfetti, di non fare in tempo.

Riguardo quella me di 2 anni fa e mi sembra quasi molto più piccola di quella di oggi.

Grazie a chi ha deciso di sceglierci e a chi lo fará.

Vicino al centro e lontano dal rumore.
Ho riportato qui questa recensione proprio perchè alle volte questa è una ricerca che gli ospiti fanno, ma hanno difficoltà a trovare la soluzione.

Polignano non è molto grande e la movida si concentra molto nel centro storico che è bellissimo e caratteristico, a picco sul mare, ma -soprattutto in alcuni periodi dell'anno (come per ogni località turistica) - diventa molto affollato.

La nostra posizione è perfetta per te se:
- cerchi la vista mare
- non vuoi camminare tanto per raggiungere la movida (a piedi 5 min)
- preferisci il silenzio
- non vuoi impazzire per il posto auto

I brought this review here precisely because sometimes this is a search that guests do, but they have a hard time finding the solution.

Polignano is not very big and the nightlife is concentrated in the old town which is beautiful and characteristic, overlooking the sea, but - especially at certain times of the year (as in any tourist location) - it gets very crowded.

Our location is perfect for you if:
- you are looking for sea view
- you don't want to walk a lot to reach the nightlife (on foot 5 min)
- prefer silence
- you don't want to go crazy for the parking space

Sai qual è il periodo migliore per ve**re in Puglia?

Questo.

E' decisamente il mio momento preferito e qua ti elenco alcuni dei motivi:
- profuma di gelsomino
- si avvicina l'estate
- non è estate
- le temperature sono perfette per fare davvero tante cose (un aperitivo vista mare, un tour alla scoperta dei nostri posti meravigliosi, passeggiare nei nostri centri storici)
- non c'è il pienone
- i prezzi sono anche più convenienti

e potrei ancora andare avanti, ma mi fermo perchè magari puoi scrivermi tu se sei mai stato in Puglia o se invece ci vieni e quando.

Rieccomi!

Ed ecco svelato anche il motivo della mia assenza qui. Covavo qualcosa di importante che richiedeva tanto, tanto impegno. Infatti, a partire dal 16 marzo 2022 abbiamo una nuova aiutante in casa VerdeAqua Rooms.

Qualche ospite ha già avuto modo di conoscerla, perchè si, qui mi sono assentata, ma a parte qualche settimana, ho continuato ad ospitare e dal 1 aprile abbiamo aperto la nuova stagione 2022 con Giorgia.

Quindi non stupitevi se non sono più sola al vostro arrivo.
Vi aspettiamo a Polignano.

Oggi ti dico chi siamo e cosa offriamo nelle poche righe che ci ha lasciato Philippe, ma credo siano sufficienti.

- vicino al centro città
- disponibilità di posto auto gratuito proprio sotto il palazzo
- calma totale
- vista mare (dalla nostra camera)
- disponibilità del proprietario

Io non ho altro da aggiungere se non che la vista sul mare è disponibile da ognuna delle nostre stanze e non solo da quella scelta da Philippe.

Benvenuto dicembre 🎄

Oggi ci siamo preparati per accoglierti in un’atmosfera della quale non siamo mai stati protagonisti, perchè lo scorso anno (che era il nostro vero primo Natale) eravamo barricati in casa.
