Un podere del 1850, ora villa di lusso, su una collina soleggiata nel cuore della toscana. ENG: Querciatello has a pool with outdoor shower, 10 sunbeds, shaded area and sun deck. Pool open 15 May to 30 September. Shaded parking for 3 cars and room for another 2. Large gardens with boule field. Large double-height living room and another large room with arcades, both with fireplaces. Two kitchens

(large and small), dining room and open-air loggia with tables to seat 14 persons. Flat wall screen to use via internet (Netflix), DVD with collection of films, WIFI indoors and out. Ping-pong table, table football, dart board and exercise bike (elliptical).
7 bedrooms, of which 3 with double bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 with double bed, single bed and share an adjourning bathroom and 2 with double bed and en-suite bathroom. One additional childbed and 2 baby cots available upon request. All bathrooms have toilet, bide and shower cabin. A 7th bathroom in the garden-house is accessible to all and also has a bathtub. There is also a guest toilette. The villa is located on the border of a nature park “Berignone”, backed by forest and with a South and Western view of rolling fields and hills. This is a splendid tranquil area with cyprus tree lined winding roads and forest paths. Close to Volterra, San Gimignano & Siena. Near important wine districts such as Chianti, Montalcino, Bolgheri & Scansano. IT: Querciatello ha una piscina (aperta 15 maggio-30 settembre) con doccia esterna, 10 lettini e zona ombreggiata. Parcheggio coperto (3 auto sotto la tettoia più spazio per altre 2). Ampio giardino circostante, campo bocce, 2 “salotti” esterni. Tavolo da pingpong, calcetto, freccette e exercise-bike (ellittica) al interno. Ci sono 7 camere letto di cui 5 con bagno privato e 2 condividono un bagno. Bagni tutti con doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet. Un 7° bagno nell’annesso (accessibile a tutti) ha anche la vasca da bagno. Più toilette ospite (wc e lavabo). Tutte 7 camere hanno un letto matrimoniale e 5 di questi hanno anche di un letto singolo. Vi è anche 1 lettino e 2 culle bebè (disponibili su richiesta). Salone grande (doppia altezza) più altra grandissima sala colonnata, entrambi con camino. 2 cucine, una grande, l’altra piccolina. 2 sale da pranzo, una interna e una all'aperto (loggiato con tettoia) con 14 posti-tavola. Schermo a muro utilizzo via internet (Netflix), DVD + collezione film, Wi-Fi dentro e fuori. La villa è situata ai margini della riserva naturale Berignone, con il bosco dietro e campi con vista panoramica davanti con orientamento sud e ovest. La zona è bellissima e tranquilla, con stradine tortuose costeggiati da cipressi e sentieri nel bosco. Vicino a Volterra, San Gimignano & Siena ed importanti zone vinicole come il Chianti, Montalcino, Bolgheri & Scansano.
