Our story

In 1988 Clara, Lorenzo Lorj’s mother, bought the small farm of Celli as a gift for her son. Three years later, under the guidance of the architect, he started a renovation project of Celli. The project had the aim of respecting the traditional style of the structure, restoring it with care and attention and reconstructing the elements that had been destroyed or had deteriorated with original material which came from Casentino: old stone, stairs, doorsteps and roof tiles.
