- stuffed zucchini flowers with ricotta and provolone cheese
- fresh tagliatelle from scratch with egg plants and tomatoes (siciliana sauces) with pecorino cheese
- topical slow cooked pork meat with red onions
- fruit with dark chocolate fondue
- free wine
