Recently renovated house, 3.60 m kitchen with Candy appliances in a large dining room-living room, dishwasher, 65-inch 4K smart TV. Two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, plus ceiling fans. One room has a double bed 2 mt. for 2 mt. (can be split into two single beds, hotel mode) with 50-inch 4K smart TV, the other double bed 160 x 190 with 32-inch TV. Large L-shaped terrace, with sea view and solarium area. There is, if necessary, a sofa bed 130 x 190, and an additional single bed for a total of 6/7 beds. Washing machine in the laundry area; bathroom with boiler, large (really large) shower box, fine ceramic sanitary ware, washbasin with marble top, inserted in a mahogany frame, the precious solid brass taps and fittings are by the Signorini company. The house is furnished in every detail, freshly purchased sheets and sponges, a complete kitchen set. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, in the living room there is a ceiling fan. There is also personal WIFI for guests.
In short, a place that recalls your home with all the comforts.
The house is located 150 meters from the sea, 350 meters from the main square with shops and services, and 200 meters from the marina. This position protects it from the main sources of noise pollution.
We offer a paid transport service to and from the airports of Catania and Comiso, by telephone agreement. Furthermore, always by prior arrangement, there is the possibility of guided tours with driver; and also the rental of a seven-seater car at absolutely competitive prices.
