Il Museo Masaccio di Arte Sacra a Cascia di Reggello, inaugurato agli inizi del 2000 nei locali dietro alla Pieve di San Pietro, è uno dei più importanti Musei di Arte Sacra del Valdarno Superiore.
Il museo si sviluppa in più sale e, oltre a contenere il famoso trittico di Masaccio, raccoglie oggetti liturgici come reliquiari, aspersori, barchette per l’incenso e calici, opere di pittura attribuite ad artisti come il Bronzino, Agnolo Guidotti, il Ghirlandaio, Santi di Tito, Jacopo Vignali, una serie di altre opere minori e una collezione di parati liturgici.
