Sa mga nahihirapan pumunta sa Philippine Embassy at Philippine Consulate General, pwede po gamitin ang COMELEC - Virtual Frontline Service.

Ang VFS ay para sa mga transaksyon kung saan na ang mga aplikante ay rehistrado with biometric records kagaya ng:

➊ Certification as an overseas voter (for those who are registered voters in the Philippines and are now applying to vote abroad);
➋ Reactivation of Overseas Voter Registration Records (OVRRs) for those who failed to vote consecutively in the past two national elections;
➌ Updating of addresses and contact information; and
➍ Transfer of voting records between different international locations, and from overseas back to the Philippines.

Sa mga interesadong aplikante para sa VFS:

1. Fill up their application form (OVF-1) by using the i-Rehistro system on Comelec’s website https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/irehistro/ovf1
and submit the scanned copy of their duly accomplished OVF-1 to Comelec-OFOV
(a) by email to [email protected]
(b) or use Facebook Messenger https://www.facebook.com/overseasvotingph
Upon receipt of the application, Comelec-OFOV will schedule a videoconference with the applicant for identity verification and oath-taking.

Para sa mga bagong magreregister as Overseas voter, and those whose biometric data have yet to be captured, pumunta lang po sa Philippine Embassy Rome at Philippine Consulate General - Milan.

-MagFill up lang po ng application form (OVF-1) sa link na ito:

-Isubmit ang form kasama ang photocopy ng Philippine Passport.
-If dual citizen, dalhin lamang ang oath of allegiance at passport
