In Italy a glass of refreshing Spritz usually goes together with some local snacks.

Here are the most popular ones :

1. SUPPLI 🍘
The supplì is the most famous appetizer of Roman cuisine. A simple finger food which is made of deep fried rice and has some stringy mozzarella inside.

2. FIORI DI ZUCCA🎃
Zucchini Flowers are squash blossoms covered in a batter and deep fried. Sometimes it has anchovies inside.

3. CROSTINI 🧀
Crostini are crispy slices of bread with delicious toppings on it. It could be cheese, olive pate or grilled vegetables.

4. POLPETTE AL SUGO🥩
Polpette are small meatballs cooked in tomato sause with some parmigiano on the top.
