MARCO CARPINETI winery, Cori, Latium Region, Italy.
We choose the Premium experience at Marco Carpineti vineyards with tasting of 3 wines and lunch.
Very interesting visit to the cellars where all the steps of wine making and wine ageing process were shown and carefully explained.
In a warm atmosphere in lovely wine tasting room we tried:
🥂 the extra brut rosè Kius, local variety Nero Buono
🔝white Nzu, local variety Bellone fermented and aged in amphora!
🍷 red Nzu, Nero Buono in amphora.
Great experience and opportunity to learn how thanks to different vinification technics completely different wine styles might me created.
