The new kid on the block, is the new pizzeria al taglio in Garbatella, by the owners of Trecca and Circoletto who never cease to amaze me, opening one delicious place after the other. Congrats and welcome!

I have been wanting to come to for quite some time and last week I managed to reserve a table.
The space is small and homely. I was sat at the counter, which I loved, so that I could watch the chef .n.rolll at work. The food was top notch, locally sourced and carefully thought and assembled. The wines were all natural, my latest obsession.
If you like a more modern dining, you should definitely check it out!
