OOOOPS, I DID IT AGAIN.....!!!!!

Even though we didn't know, we met the night before outside at the best restaurant in this small village in south-eastern Italy. the next morning, we were very surprised to see each other again, this time officially!! This time me as the driver and you, as a guest together with your husband, your brother and your sister-in-law! From village to village... from a small town in flat Puglia to a small mountain town near the Amalfi coast, before arriving the next day in Sorrento but not before visiting Ravello and Positano!! Here we said goodbye because our being together had not yet come to an end! From Sorrento to Rome, and then the saddest moment... the transfer to the airport to catch the plane and go home. Many miles but also many laughs together!! Many beautiful moments and many beautiful memories, until next year, when you will return and we will start new adventures together!! Thanks for everything!!•

OOOOOPS...I DID IT AGAIN!!!

They had always dreamed of visiting Rome and Italy but for different reasons they never made it.. until now!!And what better occasion than to celebrate the thirty-fifth wedding anniversary?
Thanks to a friend of theirs they got in touch with me and booked a full day city tour from the port of Rome.
We met just outside the ship and started a wonderful day made of sightseeing , food and great time.
First stop at the Vatican to visit the museums, the Sistine chapel and the basilica of Saint Peter.
Of course they didn't wait in the huge line because i got their tickets in advance!
After the Vatican tour, led by a local English speaking official tour guide, we had a great meal and then kept visiting the main highlights of the city.
Unfortunately the day flew but they got back to ship more happy than ever and they started already to plan the next visit to Rome and Italy!
Thank you so much again for having trusted me and congratulations again for your wedding anniversary!

We almost had it all!! For sure we had several experiences: airport pick up, long ride transfers, short distance ride from the countryside to Rome, Vatican museums tour with a private official tour guide, "Premium" city tour and great lunches while we were together!!

Just a few hrs together while we were going from Fco airport to Borgo Egnazia, in Apulia.
Unfortunately every time the time spent together is not enough, but how is it that they say? it is not the quantity, but the quality that counts. and the time spent with you is always of excellent quality. We'll meet again soon, I'm sure, and I'm pretty confident it won't be in Italy!!•

OOOOOPS...I DID IT AGAIN!!!

This time no tour... pick up at the airport and the next day transfer to the port to start a cruise. After the cruise, transfer from the port to Rome, lunch with the best sandwiches in the Eternal City (because we make sandwiches in Rome seriously!!) and then a nice tour of the Vatican Museums to digest everything!! But first a nice photo in the most panoramic point of the city!! The next day, we said reach other goodbye in front of the airport entrance. Yes, because as always, it's just a "until next time" and never a "for ever goodbye"!!

who said Sunday was invented for sleeping?! certainly not us and in fact we had quite a ride around central Rome starting early to beat the heat and crowds. We entered the Colosseum at 9 and it was like we were on an ultra private tour!! almost nobody there!! we enjoyed it until it started filling up with people and getting hot! We have seen the most significant places in Rome, being here for the first time. and we certainly didn't miss the opportunity to have an excellent lunch in Trastevere!! only one day together, but I hope this day will be unforgettable for you!!

OOOPPSSS...I DID IT AGAIN!!

it has been a while since my last post but here i am again!!
Only one day in Rome and we took the best out of the short time we had! city tour in the morning and Vatican museums tour in the afternoon! in between a stop at one of the best sandwich places to get energies and rest a little before the Vatican and,out of the blue, the Carabinieri police parade marching right in front of our lunch place to celebrate their anniversary.
could we ask more for? well... yes!! And so... a nice gelato to end the day before going back to the hotel is everything we wanted!!
Thank you so much again for trusting me! i hope you go back home with some more knowledge and with the memories of a fun day.

OOOOPS...I DID IT AGAIN!!!

On your first day in Italy, you went to tour the Vatican museums, Sistine chapel and the basilica of st Peter with the sparkling !! knowledge and fun all in one person!! that's what you told me she was!! We spent only 2 days together and in these 2 days we hit the road south and north than !! lots of miles but for sure a lot of fun as well!!
on the first day we drove to where the fabulous( how you described her!!) Antonella was waiting to give you a 2hr of the ancient town. After the tour, we drove along the breathtaking to reach !! free time to wonder around and an outstanding ( thank you for having trusted my suggestion!!) before starting the drive back to Rome!
On the second day, we drove up to first and then we stopped at where you had a and then a while eating what you cooked!! unfortunately even the best things get to an end so it happened to us as well... and it happened in , where we said each other "arrivederci"!! Jessica Sachs Selmer

OOOOOOPS...I DID IT AGAIN!!!

We met for the first time 7 years ago.. it was 2015 and we spent 18 days together touring Rome, Tuscany, Umbria and the Amalfi coast.
After 7 years we met again but this time far away from Rome: the meeting point has been Malpensa airport in Milan: 12 days together touring lake Como, Milan and Bologna before getting to your resort in Tuscany, where we said "arrivederci".
it's unbelievable but we spent one month of our lives together!! ❤️
these are just some pictures we took along the way but each one shows the great time we had!! Ed and Elizabeth, i really don't know how to thank you for having let me feel part of your family and not just your driver. there wasn't a day i woke up and got the feeling i was working. we said that next time we'll tour southern Italy but i also promised you that before it happens, i have to see you in New Haven!! and I will do all my best to keep my promise.
Have fun tomorrow at the wedding and have a safe flight back home on Monday!

we met at the airport and then we said to each other a quick "arrivederci" because we knew that after your cruise we were going to spend 2 days together!!

OOOOOOOPS....I DID IT AGAIN!!!

private city tour of Rome while cruising?! one of the best choices you can make!!

we met again after a long time since they were here!!
We started the day from the port of Civitavecchia, and we got to Rome after about 1hr and 20 minutes ride!
in Rome we were able to go inside the Colosseo, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, circus Maximus and the Vatican museums and the Sistine chapel!
there was also time for a great sandwich and some shopping!!
highlight of the day before starting the drive back to the port: a stop for a gelato.. with the capitol G!!!
