Can you believe this extraordinary ancient-temple-turned-church was designed and constructed over 2,000 years ago?! And it still stands and hosts regular ceremonies even today! Brava, Roma!!! 🙌

This is Pantheon 😍
It is a former Roman temple, now a church on the site of an earlier temple commissioned by Marcus Agrippa during the reign of Augustus.

Rome will open it's first Starbucks near the Vatican this year! The city is torn - some love it and some hate it. What would you prefer? An iconic commercial coffee or an authentic Italian espresso?

One thing's for sure - we're big fans of Italy's non-disposable traditions (ie. coffee in ceramic)! Piles of plastic waste can ruin even the most magnificent city scapes.

Have you ever wandered through Michelangelo's Piazza del Campidoglio? The tremendous square rests at the top of Capitoline Hill, overlooking the historic center of Rome. It centers on a bronze equestrian statue of Marcus Aurelius and is home to the Capitoline Museum, the Church of Santa Maria in Ara Coeli, and the Mayor of Rome!
