The Pantheon itself has lived through some amazing history. Walls do talk. Look at a wall on an ancient temple, think of its age, the stories of its construction and the years it sat on its location. The wars and worship around it. The famous tyrants and famous people of genius who travelled to experience this temple. The floods and snow that embraced it. Imagine this temple then being used as a market because religion was now dead. Then a new religion popped up and the Pope of the time invaded this temple to renew it as an important place to think about one god.
But many years move on and The Pantheon still sits fat and stationary and beautiful. Absorbing history.
