Itinerary
Day 1:
Transfer from Palermo to the Enchanting Horse Ranch (2h)
Upon arrival, relish a delightful aperitif – in Sicily, any excuse is perfect for indulging in local delicacies! Settle into your cozy room and acquaint yourself with the farm and its magnificent horses. Enjoy a leisurely lunch followed by an exciting test ride along scenic Sicilian country roads. Savor a home-cooked dinner and unwind with an overnight stay on the charming farm.
Day 2:
Awaken to the countryside charm and share a hearty breakfast together. Prepare for an exhilarating 3-hour horseback ride, returning to the farm for a delectable lunch. Embrace relaxation as you please – here, time is on your side! Later in the afternoon, venture to Palazzo Adriano, a picturesque village near the farm, for a delightful cooking lesson with a local pastry chef. Conclude the day with a cozy dinner and another restful night at the farm.
Day 3:
Today, immerse yourself in the natural reserves of the Sicani Mountains. Begin with a satisfying breakfast before heading out for a mountainous lunch, enjoying a hearty picnic surrounded by nature's embrace. Return to the farm in the afternoon to pamper and feed the horses, followed by a serene evening and a comforting home-cooked dinner under the stars.
Day 4:
Embark on an approximately 3-hour excursion to Monte Hippana, once a crucial trading center between Palermo and Agrigento. Lunch amidst scenic surroundings sets the stage for an afternoon exploration of Prizzi's ancient and contemporary history. Indulge in an intimate aperitif at the Totó cellar, concluding the day with a delightful home-cooked dinner and another peaceful night at the farm.
Day 5:
Start the day with breakfast and a final breathtaking horse trek, indulging in a mountain picnic. Visit Quisquina, renowned for the captivating story of Santa Rosalia, exploring her ancient hermitage and the evocative Andromeda Theatre. Gather for a heartwarming dinner, cherishing moments together before the next day's departure.
Day 6:
10am: Transfer to Palermo, check-in, and a brief walking tour of the vibrant city. Enjoy lunch amidst the city's rich ambiance, followed by leisure time. Later, relish an aperitivo either on a boat or on land, then savor a delightful dinner at one of the city's top restaurants, ending with a cocktail. Retreat for a night's stay in a historic palazzo in the city center.
Day 7:
Enjoy a final breakfast before your transfer to Palermo Airport, bidding farewell to the enchanting beauty of Sicily.

What to bring:
We recommend bringing your own cap, water bottle, pouch, cocoa butter and sunscreen for the Sicilian climate!
We will provide saddle pads with pockets and the possibility of having a cap and whip (IF NECESSARY) for those who request it.
Clothing:
Clothing suitable for the various climatic conditions relating to the different seasons is recommended. Layers in case of colder temperatures in the mountains or warmer in coastal areas; to any windy and/or rainy days. We also recommend comfortable shoes for walking (e.g. trekking shoes, preferably waterproof) and socks suitable for the various seasons.

All payments are not refundable.
First deposit: 500 euro - to book your place, refunded if we cannot get enough people to run the retreat
Second deposit: 50% of the retreat value - due after final confirmation
