Prices are in Euro, Minimum Stay is 3 nights
· Booking to be confirmed by email, with deposit of 30% of the reservation price. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
· Changeover day is Saturday (preferred), Sunday or Wednesday when possible.
· Check in beetween 3 pm and 7 pm; check out within 9:30 am. A reasonably different time can be agreed in advance at an up-charge of euro 20,00 each time
Price includes all utilities, linens, bath towels ( 1 set of 3 pieces per person), table cloths and Local City taxes Euro 3,00 per day. The apartment also has a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and cleaning utensils.

Romans consider Trastevere and Monteverde unique districts, with "real" day life in Monteverde with its markets and shops, and sparkling night life in Trastevere with restaurants, pizzerie and wine bars. You will love Trastevere, but then you will be happy to return to the silent Monteverde for sleeping !! Rome Historic Center is close and easy to reach. Every 3" Tram N.8 takes you to Pantheon and Piazza Navona in 15'. From Monteverde you do not need a car for entering the city
Good Shops and Restaurants of different price levels are available in the immediate area, including authentic Italian food and pizza take-away and one of the best ice-cream makers in town – all within walking distance. We provide a list of the places we recommend. If you like to walk and relax you can visit the most beautiful ancient Villa with the largest public Park in Roma: Villa Doria Pamphili, only 500 meters from the apartment. The park also includes a couple of small lakes. A free WI-Fi zone is also available in the public Garden of Largo Ravizza (150 meters distance). A very efficient laundry service is located on the same street, only a few steps away from the entrance to the apartment.
