The Pantheon was originally built around 27 BCE and for many years it was the largest dome of its kind.

For sure there are a lot of legendary moments in Pantheon’s history however it looks like the most important events are happening right now.

A coalition of church and culture officials signed the new policy in March 2023 which requires visitors to pay an entrance fee. Gennaro Sangiuliano, Italy’s new culture minister, praised the move: in just three months we have come to define a goal based on common sense: to charge a modest ticket for the most visited cultural site in Italy. The new policy comes with a few exceptions for teachers and students, local residents and tourists under 25.

As for now, the landmark is still free to all and we suggest you to come enjoy Pantheon with us before new rules come to affect and create extensive lines and waiting times.

When you are thinking about shopping, first cities come to your mind are probably Paris, Milan or even Dubai. However you maybe surprised to find out that the world’s oldest “shopping mall” was built in the Roman Forum.

Of the emperors, one of the greatest in history was Emperor Trajan, who lead Rome to its largest expansion in history. In his conquest in glorifying Rome, he ordered the construction of an impressive, yet almost inconceivable, project in the Roman Forum - Trajan’s Market.

With over 6 floors and more than 150 rooms, Trajan’s Market was a complex architectural wonder truly ahead of its time. It is believed that the bottom floor was used as a shopping center, while the upper floors were used for bureaucratic offices.

We are always ready to help you with tickets to Roman Forum and tell you more little known facts about this historic place or take you to the shopping tour through modern Rome’s fashion boutiques.

In 2023 the Giro d’Italia will end its journey in the Capital for the fifth time in its history. The last stage taking place on the 28th of May, consists of a 17.6-kilometre circuit that the riders will have to complete five times, and ends at the Imperial Forums.

The circuit crosses many of Rome’s landmarks, such as the Colosseum, Castel Sant’Angelo and Piazza Navona. Moreover part of the ride runs along a stretch of Via della Conciliazione, putting cyclists right in front of the magnificence of St Peter’s Basilica.

Currently after stage 16 Geraint Thomas reclaimed the Giro d’Italia pink jersey and sent a message to his main rival for the overall title, Primoz Roglic, with a commanding performance on the final climb. He leads Almeida by 18 seconds. Roglic is in third, 29 seconds behind the leader.

Piazza Venezia or Venice Square is located at the foot of the Capitoline Hill and in the center of four major roads of Rome therefore is famous for its chaotic traffic.

Piazza Venezia was named after the Cardinal Venezia, who ordered the construction of his place, Palazzo Venezia, in 1455 which served as the embassy of the Republic of Venice in Rome.

The most notable monument in the piazza is dedicated to the Italy’s first king, Victorio Emanuele II. Another name is Altar of the Fatherland as the monument was built to celebrate the birth of Italy as a nation at the end of the 1800’s.

It also has two less prestigious nicknames: The wedding cake and also The typewriter. These terms aim to make fun of its color and shape since Romans say it doesn’t blend in with the rest of the city skyline.

That’s why we suggest to go all the way up to the top of palace, have a seat at the bar and enjoy glass of sparkling drink with views of The Forum and roofs of the eternal City.

The Spanish Steps are probably the most famous stairs in the world.

With peace between France and Spain, the French wanted to create a symbolic connection between the two countries. The stairs were designed in the Roman Baroque style by Francesco de Sanctis and were completed in 1725 after two years of hard work.

The structure was an immediate hit with the local community which made Piazza di Spagna a very attractive place to take up residence. This place is so popular that even McDonald’s opened their very first fast food restaurant in Italy here in 1986 causing a huge uproar in the Capital.

However we suggest to come up all 135 steps with us to enjoy stunning view and glass of your favorite drink for unforgettable memories.

The Trevi Fountain is one of the oldest water sources in Rome. It was built at the end point of the aqueduct Aqua Virgo dated 19 B.C. which was the junction of three roads and literally named as the Three Street Fountain.

It was rebuilt in the middle of 1750s. The Pope approved the financing of the works and used the money earned from the reintroduction of the lotto in Rome to pay for it. The numbers of the first extraction were 56, 11, 54, 18 and 6, in case you were interested.

However we suggest you don’t gamble and let us show this incredible place, tell more interesting stories about Rome and make a picture of you throwing a coin into the fountain.
