Comfortable beds, nice linens, great amenities including a washer/dryer/hair dryer/hot tub, elevator, kitchen supplies. Marzia couldn't have been more welcoming. We met her son at check in (who did a better job speaking English than we did speaking Italian) who let us into the apartment and she met us in the unit. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 teens. Lots of area restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and Gelateria and about a 10 minute walk to the Metro Red Line. Apartment is in Prati which is close to the Vatican and a bit of a quieter, slower pace than other areas. Everything was perfect. Marzia was extremely helpful in helping me get to a pharmacy with two of my teens who didn't feel well (they tested positive for strep)! Very helpful and truly wonderful stay!

Marzia was an incredible host!
She was very responsive and helpful.
The apartment is located in the Prati neighborhood.
The area is very walkable and offers many coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping.
The apartment is decorated beautifully and was super clean.
The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washing machine and dryer.
I would highly recommend staying in this apartment: Marzia is wonderful and her apartment will make your stay in Rome perfect!

Marzia E Federico’s Airbnb is everything you could ask for in a vacation home.
Plenty of space.
Immaculately clean.
Amazing location.
Friendly hosts who are easy to communicate with and are helpful with transportation and local recommendations.
Relaxing whirlpool bath after a long day on your feet in Rome.
The whirlpool bath offers many functions, such as changing lights and a waterfall in addition to the jets!
Marzia is always available and super nice.
It’s a great place to stay slightly out of the hectic center of Rome but very close by.

This is the second time (in 2-years) that I've stayed with Marzia as our host, in the exact same apartment, and once again, everything was wonderful. Easy check-in and out procedures. Marzia was ever so helpful in making a transfer reservation from the apartment to the airport. And the location of the apartment is superb...a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, 30-minute walk to the Roman Forum, delicious restaurants right downstairs and around the corner, a grocery store across the street, etc. The apartment itself is exactly as described...a remodeled luxurious oasis! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, again, Marzia!

Un grand merci à Marzia et Federico pour l’accueil, les conseils, la réactivité, la réservation du chauffeur pour le transfert aéroport. Nous avons passé 5 nuits avec nos 2 enfants dans le logement qui correspondait à nos attentes : très propre, fonctionnel, spacieux, super terrasse pour le soir, immeuble sécurisé avec concierge. Supermarché juste en face, métro à proximité et Vatican à 10 min à pieds. Nous étions ravis de revenir le soir au calme après une longue journée de visite. Petits restaurants sympas à proximité . Bref au top, nous reviendrons !

We were welcomed to the apartment with a warm reception from Marzia. She responded quickly and efficiently whenever we reached out to her. We were a party of 6 (3 couples). The living space was plenty large enough, as were the 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en suites while one of the bathrooms is in the hallway. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels. The apartment was very clean and all instructions given to us, were clear and easy. The location was good. There is a train station within a few blocks as well as some nice restaurants. The grocery store is directly across the street. And a pharmacy and a delicious gelato shop a couple of blocks away. There is an elevator that can hold 3 people at a time, but extremely helpful being that the apartment is on the 3rd floor. I would definitely recommend staying here. Marzia will bend over backwards to ensure that your stay will be comfortable.

Marzia lives in the same building as this Airbnb. She met me upon my arrival, showed me how to get in and out and how to operate the air conditioning, the washer and dryer and the televisions. When I had a problem (my fault), she responded very quickly and easily resolved the issue. Great host!! The apartment was completely renovated, is very nicely furnished and very well stocked. Even though the apartment is on the first floor, it was very quiet. The bedroom has a flat screen television that includes several English speaking stations. The master bathroom has a larger than usual shower. The living room has a fold out bed with an adjacent 2nd bathroom. Finally, this unit has a separate washing machine and dryer. (the washing machines and dryers in Europe take a lot longer than those in the United States.) The apartment is located in a nice area with a grocery store across the street. It is walking distance from the Vatican and several nice restaurants. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic apartment.
Really nice neighbourhood with nice cafes and restaurants. Supermarket across the street with large variety.
Easy walk to the metro.
Marzia responds quickly and with valuable info/tips/ideas.
We had a great stay and can highly recommend the apartment & Marzia as a host.

Marzia was amazing, she organized our transportation from the airport, and then to the cruise ship. Lots of places to eat and shop. You can pretty much walk to everything. Definitely get a ticket ahead of time for the tourist spots. Would definitely go and stay at her place again😊🙏🙏
