Icaterina Italian Luxury DMC, presente dal 2012 nell'organizzazione di viaggi ed eventi su misura in tutta Italia, vuole arricchire la propria squadra con un International Sales Manager che abbia già maturato esperienza nel campo dell’incoming di lusso per il proprio ufficio di Roma.
Il collaboratore si occuperà di entrare in contatto con attuali e ulteriori clienti agenti di viaggio (b2b). Cerchiamo un collaboratore appassionato, energico ed esperto per una posizione che si occupi dello sviluppo dei contatti commerciali nel settore dell'incoming di lusso.
Utilizzerà tutti i canali di comunicazione (telefono, e-mail, chat, ecc.) per un ottimo livello di coinvolgimento e cura del cliente.

Mansioni:
Contatto con clienti nuovi e attuali in maniera continuativa al fine di aumentare la collaborazione.
Viaggi nei paesi più proficui o promettenti per intessere maggiori relazioni commerciali con agenti di viaggio.
Partecipazione alle fiere di settore in Italia e all’estero.
Coordinamento e gestione degli account dei social network aziendali.
Raccolta feedback dai clienti per migliorare i prodotti e i servizi offerti.
Gestione e monitoraggio delle pipeline di vendita, da lead a chiusure, e dei relativi risultati.
Utilizzo software per tracciare le interazioni con i clienti e le opportunità di vendita.
Supporto al team per la presentazione dei nuovi clienti e risultati analisi di vendita.
Partecipazione iniziative delle affiliazioni.
Partecipazione ad azioni vendita condivisa con altri colleghi.

Requisiti:
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
Verranno considerati esclusivamente i profili che abbiano maturato esperienza di rappresentanza commerciale nel settore viaggi di lusso presso altre DMC o strutture ricettive di lusso.

Completano il profilo:
Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team su progetti.
Capacità di trovare soluzione alternative in fase di progettazione.
Forti capacità di analisi e negoziazione.
Precisione.
Eccellenti doti organizzative.
Spirito di iniziativa.
Flessibilità.

Inquadramento:
L'inserimento della risorsa sarà immediato.
Lavoro principalmente in presenza a Roma.
Compenso fisso e variabile secondo obiettivi trimestrali da raggiungere.
Possibili viaggi in Italia e all'estero per incontrare clienti e per la partecipazione a fiere ed eventi di settore.
