LETTER RESERVED TO OUR GUESTS
Dear Guest,
in anticipation of your holiday, I want reassuring that that we have taken coronavirus prevention measures:
1) we will sanitize your apartment before your arrival following the protocols suggested by the World Health Organization against coronavirus.
2) you and your family / your friends will be the only guests of the farmhouse, so you don't have to share the pool with anyone, except us owners who will be in the farmhouse and perform sanitization every time we go to the pool (we will still have to check and clean the pool, as we always do); we decided to avoid contact between guests from different counties, following protocols for security holiday during coronavirus time.
3) This year, to ensure prevention against coronavirus we will not make available shared items such as toys for children, foodstuffs (salt, oil sugar, coffee), detergents and cleaning items (bags for waste, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, detergents for cleaning dishes, bathroom and kitchen), and before departure we will kindly ask you to take away them with you also in respect of our safety and our cleaning time, which will already be very long for the sanitation against coronavirus.
Italy opens national borders from June 3, 2020. We remind you that it is necessary to wear a mask when you leave home, go walking, go to the supermarket, museums, restaurant or beach (we have Lake Bilancino with a free and private beach about 50 minutes away by car), and everytime it's possible to meet persons; gloves are also required to go by train and buses. We suggest you put in you luggage masks and gloves, and bring them always with you, because it is difficult to find them in italian shops and pharmacies, due to the great demand.
If during your arrival you prefer not to meet us, self-check-in is possible: please ask for it, it's free and it will be possible from 5 pm, except in cases agreed.
We suggest you go to supermarket before check-in, as supermarkets close at 20, and in case of a waiting line at the supermarket, due to the contingent entrance to ensure health security, you may have little time to do the shopping.
I will contact you a few days before your arrival to remind you of this information.

Oggi finalmente abbiamo iniziato la manutenzione per l'estate: prima di maggio era proibito spostarsi in Toscana, ma adesso possiamo andare alla colonica per la manutenzione.

Buona Pasqua!
Siamo ancora chiusi in attesa della fine del lockdown in Italia (ad oggi previsto per il 3 maggio, con una graduale riapertura do tutte le attività). Riapriremo da fine maggio /inizio giugno e anche quest'anno saremo aperti fino ottobre .
