The master bedroom looks over two lovely palm trees through a small balcony and has an en suite bathroom. There are two double bedrooms facing west and opening onto the large terrace and a smaller double bedroom facing east. There is an en suite bathroom and a separate bathroom on the main corridor. The house is surrounded by a paved area providing ample parking at the back and a sun-kissed patio on the West façade. You may want to spend the entire day outdoor from having your breakfast on the outdoor dining table, to the evening barbecue. The garden offers a cool retreat from the basking heath of the afternoon, and you may want to enjoy your siesta on the lounges and chairs provided. The sunshades with electric controls are effortless to use, whilst in the evening the garden comes to life with its discrete lighting. Please take a minute to look at the beautiful lemon tree in the centre of the garden and two tall palm trees by the main entrance as these have been there for over 40 years.
