We started the year with a video on FB saying (hello pool), sadly we now say (goodbye pool) as we close it down for the winter season ahead. Although the weather today is still 24c, but our nights are drawing in and there is a chilly breeze in the evenings but our antique fireplace gets installed next week so we will be ready for winter when it finally arrives. There are so many new bars/ eateries opening up nearby, this is one of them in Cisternino that we experienced earlier tonight. Really smart venue plus the live music was very spiritual and went down a storm. It will be stowed out come 9-10 pm. The bar was called Chirico Bistro, it’s only 15 mins away from Trullo Falco. 5 stars. Hope you enjoy the percussion! Trullo Falco x

It was time to update the slideshow, the problem is... every day brings a huge improvement on the previous day and almost renders the previous days photos useless,however I am still not revealing the pool photo as( I want them to be as good as they can be) but this is still a huge improvement on my last slideshow which now seems a lifetime ago. If you can spare 2 minutes out of your busy lives you will see the actual sunset from Trullo Falco’s terraces as I captured it the other night at 26 degrees. Trullo Falco is a traditional Puglian stone characterful villa that has its own private pool and has had a careful renovation and extension programme completed.We opted to use local artisan builders to conserve the original old features but we also wanted to add all the modern comforts you would expect of a luxury holiday home. It now offers 3 bedrooms each with their own private ensuite bathroom, generous indoor living space and external cooking, dining and sitting areas to enjoy the very best of outdoor living.

Trullo Falco occupies a fabulous elevated position in the hills above Fasano in the small hamlet of Laureto. The views from the terraces, pool and gardens that surround the house are simply stunning. It is within easy reach of the stylish hilltop towns of the valle d’itria such as Locorotondo, Cisternino, and Alberrobello, and only 10 minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea.

All 3 bedroom suites(the Peregrine, Saker and Gyr) are very individual and are located off the generously sized main living accommodation, two of which have their own internal corridor providing an additional level of privacy. The main panoramic terrace, located immediately from the main living accommodation and kitchen leads directly to the external cooking area with pizza oven and has been furnished for memorable dinners under the Puglian stars. The 8m x 4m pool is situated immediately below the main terraces in front of the house and has a lockable gate making it perfect for families and children. Scattered around the grounds amongst olive, fig, cherry and citrus trees, are a series of benches, hammocks and chairs offering a variety of idyllic spots in which to relax, read, enjoy some refreshments, or simply take in the magnificent views.

The upgrades, extension and pool installation were completed on time and we enjoyed a very successful first years trading. We are currently working on further improvements both to the villa itself (air conditioning now being installed in every bedroom) plus externally (with new walls being built and the creation of more flower beds etc).

Internally the soft furnishings will be of a high standard as its owner has a strong flair for interior design.

We have gone the extra mile with the quality of the soft furnishings throughout the villa. We have added the all important WI-FI which is available both internally and externally at no cost to our guests. We have also provided guests with free access to Netflix and satellite TV channels on demand.

Externally there will be a newly built pool plus extensive outdoor cooking facilities including a new wood fired Pizza oven, food prep area, sink plus BBQ.

After all, who wants to cook inside during the warm summer months!

The villa is perfectly situated either for families or groups of up to 7 people being just 5 mins drive from the Zoo safari & Acqua-park,for golfers the SAN Domenica world class golf course is just 20 mins away and for walkers there is an extensive list of fabulous well marked walks nearby and of course to suit all tastes there are the nearby beaches for those lazy days by the beach and crystal blue sea just 20 mins away.
