Hi Everyone and happy Weekend! I wanted to make all aware that we are currently taking the appropriate measures to welcome you to Angelina, from hopefully July. However, given the recent government guidelines and temporarily for the known reason, we have decided that for this year will be limiting the people who will be able to spend their time at the Villa.
Although we can host 7 people, we have decided that the max number for this year will be of 5 AND more importantly of the SAME household.
In addition to that, between reservations we will leave 2 to 3 days for a deep clean. These measure will only allow you to feel safer at your 'Home away from Home'.

It was a culinary journey in my little kitchen yesterday. Geoff didn't like the mess though...
I found a lovely place called Central Oriental where I could buy my bamboo steamer and lovely ingredients for a Chicken Katsu Curry.
And we ended up having scones for breakfast....

As promised here is the recipe card for my version of Dutch oven white boule bread. Like with every other recipe, this is an adaptation to my taste after trials of other techniques and recipes. On this occasion I used a folding technique after three 45 minutes proving stages.
I hope you enjoy it and give it a try :)
