'Madonna del Morbo' is a characteristic chapel with a hexagonal plan with a triple, elegant portico designed by the doctor Francesco Folli and dedicated to the Madonna for having spared Poppi from the two plagues (that of 1530 and that of 1630) which had also raged in the Casentino. Construction of the church began in 1657, it was opened for worship in 1659 and completed in 1705.

According to a recent study Siena is the second Italian city, and Florence the third, where people live better and where there is more attention to social issues and to others.
The ranking is based on innovative indicators that go beyond the economic aspects, but look at the quality of personal services, the possibility of creating new economic initiatives, the training offer for environmental protection and life, to hospitality, human capital, legality and security.

According to a recent magazine article, the Uffizi Gallery has jumped to the top of the ranking of the most visited museums.
Uffizi boasts over 1.7 million visitors in 2021, beating out the Colosseum, Pompeii and the Vatican Museums.
During this year's long Easter weekend, the Gallery was visited by 75,700 people, more than in the pre-pandemic period.

In 1913 the complex of Palazzo Mozzi, Villa Manadora, the baroque and English garden, as well as some agricultural land, were bought by the antiquarian Stefano Bardini, who gave way to a series of major renovations and modifications, the buildings on the Costa San Giorgio were unified in what will be simply called Villa Bardini.
